Costructor uses rate limiting to maximize API stability and prevent abuse, so treat limits as maximums and avoid unnecessary load.

If you exceed the limits, you get 429 Too Many Requests HTTP status responses.

Limits

10 requests per 5 seconds
150 requests per 5 minutes
